MIDORIGOI (mid-or-ee-goi) Illustration is that of an ideal Midorigoi. The Midorigoi is a single colored non-metallic green koi. Most generally they have Doitsu scales on along their spine rather than a fully scaled body. Look for a consistent blemish-free green color and symmetrical Doitsu scales. This is a rare and unique variety. Midorigoi fall into the Kawarigoi classification. |
