Its back displays a lovely blue-gray coloration with dark, individually outlined scales, creating the classic net-like pattern associated with Asagi. The intricate reticulation extends across much of the body, giving this koi a beautifully textured appearance.
Rich reddish-orange markings along the sides create a striking contrast against the cooler blue-gray scales. The orange coloration also extends across the head, while the lighter nose and face provide an interesting finishing touch.
