This 9" Heisei Nishiki Koi offers a striking combination of metallic luster, red-orange patterning, black sumi and a lighter platinum-white ground.

Heisei Nishiki are Doitsu metallic koi related to the Sanke pattern, bringing together three classic colors with the added brilliance of reflective skin. The limited scaling allows the individual colors and markings to stand out clearly, while the metallic sheen adds flashes of light as the koi moves through the pond.

At 9 inches, this koi is a great choice for someone looking for a less-common variety with plenty of visual interest and the distinctive appearance of a metallic Doitsu koi.

This koi was bred and raised at Kloubec Koi Farm in Amana, Iowa—we never import koi for resale.

Our family-owned American koi farm encompasses 80 acres, more than 60 outdoor ponds and a 300,000-gallon indoor facility. Every Kloubec Koi completes our comprehensive health and quarantine protocol before being offered for sale, and our farm has never had a case of KHV.
