Meet Domino, a striking 7" Showa Koi with a bold, high-contrast pattern and plenty of personality!
Domino's appearance is dominated by deep black markings contrasted against bright white patches, creating a dramatic, almost artistic pattern across the body. A broad white marking near the shoulders draws the eye, while smaller white accents break up the dark coloration toward the tail.
Touches of warm orange-red add another dimension to the pattern, particularly near the head and upper body.
The dark pectoral fins and charcoal-colored tail complement the dramatic body pattern, giving Domino a distinctive appearance from every angle.
Showa are traditionally recognized for their combination of black, red, and white coloration. Domino offers an especially interesting interpretation, with black and white taking center stage and red providing subtle accents.
At 7 inches, Domino is a young koi with room to grow and develop. As with many Showa, its black pigmentation may continue to change as it matures.
For pond owners who appreciate unusual markings, bold contrast, and one-of-a-kind personalities, Domino is an excellent choice.
