A striking combination of color, contrast, and unusual scaling! This 7.5" Doitsu Yamato Nishiki Koi features a beautiful blend of metallic white, vibrant orange-red, and dramatic black markings.
The first thing you'll notice is its brilliant orange-red head, beautifully framed by a lighter face and contrasting dark accents. A bright white section across the shoulders separates the head markings from the intricate red-and-black pattern along the back.
Its distinctive Doitsu mirror scales add another layer of visual interest, creating a textured appearance along the dorsal line. The dark tail provides a dramatic finishing touch to this colorful little koi.
Yamato Nishiki are metallic Sanke-type koi, combining the classic three-color pattern with a reflective sheen. The Doitsu characteristics make this individual especially interesting, allowing the bold colors and mirror scales to stand out.
