This 14" Goromo Butterfly Koi combines rich, complex coloration with the graceful movement of long Butterfly fins. Its warm red-orange pattern is layered with darker Goromo-style reticulation, creating depth and texture that becomes especially noticeable when viewed from above.
Areas of lighter white provide contrast between the deeper markings, while the warm coloration extends prominently across the head and shoulders. Rather than having a simple red-and-white appearance, the darker shading within the pattern gives this koi a more intricate, almost painted appearance.
The Butterfly finnage is another standout feature. Long pectoral fins and an exceptionally flowing tail add elegance and movement, making this koi easy to spot as it cruises through the pond.
At 14 inches, this is already a substantial Butterfly koi with a distinctive combination of color, pattern and flowing finnage.
This koi was bred and raised at Kloubec Koi Farm in Amana, Iowa—we never import koi for resale.
