This 11" Shusui Butterfly Koi pairs the distinctive coloration of Shusui with exceptionally long, graceful Butterfly fins.
Cool blue-gray coloration runs along the back, framed by rich red-orange along the sides and head. The largely scaleless Doitsu body gives the colors a smooth appearance, while the characteristic row of larger scales along the dorsal line adds texture and unmistakable Shusui character.
The finnage is especially impressive on this koi. Long pectoral fins and an extremely flowing tail create beautiful movement in the water, with touches of red-orange extending into the fins for additional color.
At 11 inches, this Shusui already has excellent visual presence and offers a striking combination of blue, red-orange and flowing Butterfly finnage.
This koi was bred and raised at Kloubec Koi Farm in Amana, Iowa—we never import koi for resale.
