This 11" Doitsu Sanke Koi is all about bold color. Extensive fiery red-orange hi stretches from the head through much of the body, creating an immediately noticeable appearance from above.
Contrasting white areas around the head, shoulders and tail provide breaks in the pattern, while scattered jet-black sumi markings add another layer of contrast without overwhelming the intense red coloration.
The largely scaleless Doitsu body gives the pattern a particularly smooth, crisp appearance. Dark accents within the fins complement the sumi on the body and add even more character.
At 11", this is a Sanke for someone who prefers strong color coverage and a dramatic pond presence rather than a more traditional, white-dominant pattern.
