For the safety of our extensive koi fish stock no returns are allowed on any live animals. Any claim must be received within 3 hours of arrival. Any death-loss claim for fish must be made within 3 hours of receipt, including a photo of the fish. Upon receipt of photo, arrangements will be made to ship a replacement fish of similar value, size and variety. Please understand that no two koi fish are identical. Every effort will be made to find an acceptable replacement. You agree not to initiate any form of chargeback for the purchase made from this website.
Live delivery on receipt is our guarantee for fish purchases. Guarantee does not extend to purchaser's pond, lakes, holding tanks, quarantine systems, etc. or bodies of water which are beyond our control. Purchaser takes full responsibility for the life and health of fish upon arrival.
For all other items, excluding live fish, we have a 15 day money back return policy. Items must be in new and original packaging for a full refund and include original sales receipt. Shipping charges for returns will be the responsibility of the customer, unless an error was made by Kloubec Koi Farm staff. Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receipt of merchandise and following inspection of return items.

All orders must be paid prior to shipping. Kloubec Koi Farm guarantees live delivery on all Koi purchased on its website. All Kloubec Koi go through an extensive quarantine process prior to shipping, however, Kloubec Koi Farm suggests quarantining every new fish prior to introduction to your pond or water garden. Buyer must be available to receive the shipment, or make other arrangements with Kloubec Koi Farm for alternative means. Any death-loss claim must be made within 3 hours of receipt, including a photo of Koi with tail removed. For the safety of our extensive stock no returns are allowed. Local pick up is always accepted, and by appointment only.
Shipping costs vary depending on your location. All online Koi orders will be shipped via UPS Overnight Service. Great care is taken to ensure that your Koi arrive live and healthy. Koi are packaged and shipped in the minimal number of packages necessary. Kloubec Koi Farm reserves the right to determine the quantity of packages necessary for each order to ensure Koi health.
On extremely rare occasions a particular Koi may become unavailable due to injury or other unforeseen occurrence. Kloubec Koi Farm reserves the right to substitute such a Koi with another Koi of equal or greater value in order to make the scheduled delivery.
