Shipping / Return Policy

All orders must be paid prior to shipping. Kloubec Koi Farm guarantees live delivery on all Koi purchased on its website. All Kloubec Koi go through an extensive quarantine process prior to shipping, however, Kloubec Koi Farm suggests quarantining every new fish prior to introduction to your pond or water garden. Buyer must be available to receive the shipment, or make other arrangements with Kloubec Koi Farm for alternative means. Any death-loss claim must be made within 3 hours of receipt, including a photo of Koi with tail removed. For the safety of our extensive stock no returns are allowed. Local pick up is always accepted, and by appointment only.

Shipping costs vary depending on your location. All online Koi orders will be shipped via UPS Overnight Service. Great care is taken to ensure that your Koi arrive live and healthy. Koi are packaged and shipped in the minimal number of packages necessary. Kloubec Koi Farm reserves the right to determine the quantity of packages necessary for each order to ensure Koi health.

On extremely rare occasions a particular Koi may become unavailable due to injury or other unforeseen occurrence. Kloubec Koi Farm reserves the right to substitute such a Koi with another Koi of equal or greater value in order to make the scheduled delivery.

By using this website or purchasing from it, you agree to hold us harmless and you waive all rights and claims against the owners of this site and their affiliates, including but not limited Kloubec Koi Farm and its employees for any reason. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kloubec Koi Farm, its officers, employees, agents, and assigns from and against any damages, losses, liabilities or expenses (including attorneys fees) arising from your breach of any term, condition, promise, representation or warranty contained herein.
